WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Design automation test case and build automation frameworks for mobile native app (Android/ iOS), Web E-commerce.
- Review test methods and propose automation test plans for new or updated software projects.
- Effectively use a defect tracking system and quality assurance tool.
- Participate in the software development activities, including design, requirement analysis and tracing, full testing life cycle.
- Contribute to establishing good software requirements, specifications, detailed designs UI/UX.
- Contribute into internal tool development.
FOR SENIOR LEVEL
- Establish and maintain the software quality assurance programs, processes, procedures and controls to ensure compliance with regulations and established industry standards
- Coach other junior team members to help them reach their maximum potential

Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience in in-depth quality engineering or equivalent (4 years for senior level)
- Solid knowledge of software testing, testing methodology and tools, especially Agile Testing
- Experience in developing automation test script/framework for testing mobile native app (Android/iOS)
- Experience in either Java/ Appium/ Selenium/ C/C++
- Past experience as developer is highly preferred.
- Experience in developing automation test script for Web E-commerce is a plus
- Knowledge of CI, Jenkins and scripting languages (Shell bash) is a plus
- Strong system thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong organization and time management skills, tracking multiple test executions simultaneously and able to synthesize results effectively
- Effective communication in both verbal and nonverbal are preferred
- Show creativity and initiative to improve product test coverage, efficiency and effectiveness
- Being obsessed with perfectionism and quality
- Huge plus: strong English communications skills
