JOB SUMMARY
LogiGear is looking for a (Senior) Product Manager (SPM), who is responsible for driving product initiatives from inception to delivery. The SPM should be able to take full ownership of product development and be able to manage and direct product owners, designers, architects, developers, QA engineers, stakeholders to deliver products on schedule. To succeed in this role, you should have strong leadership, problem-solving skills, technical expertise and business mindset.
We work in a fast paced, exciting environment designed to help get you out of your comfort zone. Simultaneously, you will help our team to find new ways to accomplish /deliver results that will have a huge impact to company’s overall business growth and strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
SPM works closely with Product Management & Delivery Leadership in LogiGear Vietnam and LogiGear US to:
• Leading and managing product management team in Vietnam
• Taking ownership for product delivery from initiates to releases
• Create and maintain competitive strategy that incorporates detailed knowledge of software development landscape.
• Identify gaps in service offerings and help shape the broader professional services roadmap to continuously meet rising needs from the market.
• Interact with prospects, clients, partners, and delivery teams to define market opportunities and translate them into service offerings development plans.
• Collaborate across teams to build new delivery capabilities and launch new services.
• Continuously monitor market and competitive trends to adjust strategy accordingly.
Yêu cầu công việc
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelors' degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
• Have 7+ years of experience in software development/test automation, Agile, scrum.
• Outstanding English skills to clearly and effectively communicate to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to get things done by collaborating cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Ability to quickly learn and absorb new technologies, while having an understanding of how to leverage those to meet client’s unique needs.
NICE TO HAVE:
• Experience in working with US clients
• Experience in software product design
• Broad knowledge of programming languages/software architect
