Secutix is a ticketing software solution in Cloud / Saas mode.
We are the ticketing solution provider of 2 of the top 3 greatest world sports tournament. We are looking for smart, collaborative, enthusiastic and well-organized professionals who are willing to take an active part in a sustainable, long-term product venture with a start-up mindset.
Secutix is a software product division, member of the ELCA group in Switzerland, we are 110 people worldwide, 60 in Vietnam.
Level 2/3 Support Java Developer:
- You like to be in the middle of communications with multiple parties and have a strong focus to determine the cause of technical issues ?
- You will have strong verbal and written daily interactions with Secutix team members in Switzerland, Spain, France, England (L1/L2 support) and Vietnam with the product team.
- You love to mix technical troubleshooting and analisys and business understanding.
Your tasks:
- Reproduce, troubleshoot and document customer bugs for the development team
- Research, diagnose, record, and respond to indirect Customer issues with accurate solutions or descriptions
- Interact daily with Level 1 support in direct contact with clients (in Switzerland, Spain and France)
- Interact and coordinate with Level 3 support (in Vietnam's office development team)
- Respond to customer assistance request in writing
- Work closely with Customer Success managers to maintain customer satisfaction
