  • Help desk Operation, help desk orther department (hardware,software)
  • Manage the requests raised by user to Help Desk.
  • Take care of the support and the general maintenance on office equipment
  • Support for Office applications such as: Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Access,Ms. Outlook, Acrobat, …
  • installation and support of Windows server, windows 7…
  • Troubleshooting about computer, printer and network (LAN/WAN/DNS,DHCP,WINS)
  • Implementing, managing, monitor, and maintaining a Server (Windows).
  • Backup the Data and check for the update or virus scanning .
  • Monitor status of network infrastructure and IT services
  • Setup the the printer, scaner, fax, …
  • Resolve problems of end user
  • Co-ordinate and monitor IT services of external vendors, network providers and Service to ensure that they meet the service level requirements
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Firewalls / NAT Policy
  • Perform the pre-assigned system operation task by the Infrastructure Team. This may include tape rotation for the backup activities, regular status diagnostic and reporting, and alarm monitoring and alerting
 
Qualification and Experience Requirement
 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Vietnamese
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Staff/Team Leader/Supervisors specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
