• Working with internal end users (back office teams) to define requirements.
• Research the deployment system, modelize the existing processes and advise the end users on the deployment of the related modules.
• Identify which should be changed as requirement follow each stage.
• Work with the consulting partners and implement the project to meet the requirements.
• Being the contact point to make sure that the project will be completed on time.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Experienced as Project Coordinator/Functional Consultant in Open Source Initiative projects (3+ years); having experience in HR software is a plus.
• Have ability of project planning (requirements, processes ...), business analysis & documentation.
• Have ability of research, time management, coordination, problem-solving, etc.
• Good English
