For one of our clients, TOG recruitment is looking for a Magento Leader. In 2016, they have started a new branch in Ho Chi Minh City where you will work with a young and innovative team, State of the art office with an open, professional and friendly work environment. You will work closely together with the Head Office where daily stand up meetings and weekly video conferences are standard. You will join one of the SCRUM development cycles.

They are a dedicated digital agency in Asia and strongly committed to research, layout, and deploying only the best digital solutions; offering a wide array of services ranging from entirely tailor-made web development projects to apps, eCommerce, and in-store experiences. In only 5 years, they has rapidly expanded to reach over 60 employees, while working with some of the best brands in the world including GAP, Zara, Porsche, Decathlon, Budweiser and Leica. The company is aiming to become the Leading Digital Agency in Asia Pacific by 2020.

Our client will offer training programs to improve your skills. English training courses by native English speaker are provided to improve English communication skills.

Missions

Development:

• You will be an active member of a team of 10+ developers.
• You will keep yourself up to date with the latest Magento updates.
• You will follow the industry's best practices.

Team work

• You will work closely with Project Managers to create extraordinary websites and deliver value to clients.
• You will be working in a team with front-end and back-end developers on a daily basis. We can already promise you we won't put you alone in a shabby room. In exchange, you will need to understand what your colleagues are doing and how they implement the design they've been given. Your advice will be taken into account throughout the whole development process so that's why we need you to stick around.

Time management

• Since you won't be managing one file at a time, you will need to have a perfect time management to meet deadlines.

You need to master these technologies:

• Magento
• Zend framework
• Knowledge of HTML5 / CSS3 and JS
• SVG, XML, SOAP, CSV, JSON
• Git, Gitlab and GitlabCI
• Unit testing
• Security-oriented
• You need to be focused on performance and cross platform compatibility
• MVC-oriented

How to stand out

• Any additional language is a plus
• Knowledge of deployment methods
• Experience with Webservices and MySQL databases
• Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
• Knowledge of SEO

Minimum experience required: 3 years of experience with JavaScript development and 2 years of experience in Leader position.
