• Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions
• Identify and post job advertisements in relevant channels in Vietnam
• Make presentations at universities and job fairs
• Work with outside headhunters to source best candidates
• Support hiring process: Manage applicants in Lever, Follow up with applicants, Arrange interviews, Create paperwork for new hires
• Onboard new hires
• Other HR related tasks
Yêu cầu công việc
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting software engineers
• Experience in leveraging social media like Facebook or LinkedIn for sourcing candidates
• Experience in working with headhunters
• College degree in related fields
• Excellent English Skills
• Competent in MS Office, Google Docs, and Slack

• Experience in hiring software engineers for product companies (not outsourcing ones)
