- Conduct initial needs assessment of business or business process
- Meet with clients regularly to identify gaps or issues to be solved
- Find causes and formulate solutions to business challenges
- Conduct feasibility studies for implementing a particular IT solution (ERP or other software)
- Propose appropriate measures to fill gaps using IT or non-IT solution
- Write, or revise detailed business innovation plans to drive small or radical changes
- Support presales activities to close a deal of products or services with client
- Manage an IT implementation team to meet the requirements and timeline by guiding clients and implementation team members
- Facilitate clients to promote their own roles in IT implementation project such as business process design, master data preparation, data migration, user training, system operations, etc.

- Graduated from University, major in Business Administration, IT or related field.
- Strong willing to build up career in business consulting field (remark: not ERP functional consulting)
- Ability to quickly acquire new knowledge, while applying past experiences
- Ability to work individual and team-work
- Excellent communication skills, especially interviewing clients, facilitating meetings, coordinating clients with in-house IT engineers or external IT vendor
- Excellent documentation skills, such as project management documents, consulting service proposal documents
- 5+ years’ experience leading an ERP/WMS implementation project from-end-to-end, at either vendor side or client side
- Comprehend how a manufacturing factory operates, especially in relation to ERP/WMS modules, such as:
o MRP Forecasting
o Order to Cash
o Purchase to Pay
o Production Planning to Execution
o Costing Accounting
o Financial Accounting
o Inventory Management
Good at English.
+ Nice to have:
Japanese language skills or experience working with Japanese corporation
Presales experience of ERP/WMS systems
Have wide and strong network with manufacturing and logistic companies in the local
