As our tester leader - QC leader , you must be experienced on testing and in charge of responsibility in good quality of our software product and ability to manage QC team:

• Review software requirements for testability
• QC management skill: define test processes (automated testing, testing tools / strategies, procedures, deliverables / documents, test status)
• Responsible for review, reengineer and improve our end to end test process and environment
• Overall responsible for all related QC work, currently there is one other QC in the team
• Make plan and estimate testing activities
• Performance testing
• Document and report test results

• Candidate must have at least a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Only for Vietnamese citizen for this position.
• Experience on testing web (.NET) application and mobiles (iOS, Android) at least 5 year experienced in testing and QC management
• Work closely with product owner/stakeholders to clarify the testing needs, project scope
• Produce on test report and test coverage at each release
• Able to perform effectively & independently and mentor others in software testing.
• Knowledge on automation testing frameworks and open source tools: Selenium, Jmeter and others.
• Coaching, training and guide team in QC issues and knowledge
• Good English communication skill
