Job Description
- Information systems security Specialist research, develop, implement, test and review an organization's information security in order to protect information and prevent unauthorized access. Inform users about security measures, explain potential threats, install software, implement security measures and monitor networks
- Determines security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits
- Upgrades system by implementing and maintaining security controls.
- Oversees all transitions into production
- Create and maintain programmatic and technical documentation to insure efficient planning and execution
- Set up organization's intranets.
- Design and implement system security and data assurance.
- Planning, implementing and maintaining network system hardware devices such as workstations, servers, switches, routers, printers, access control lock....
- Planning, implementing and maintaining active directory, mail server, proxy server, firewall, system patches, antivirus system....
- Implementing and maintaining network security.
- Ensures that company assets are maintained responsibly.
- Continued research into new technologies to consult management board for upgrading system.
- Identifies & provides IT solutions for all possible contingencies. Develop Information Protection solutions, system and policies.
- Sets up, develops, implements IT policies, procedures conformity with company business plan.
- Support users: troubleshooting and fixing hardware, software issues, writing guideline for users.....
- Monitoring system and making weekly report to IT Manager.

- Nghiên cứu, thử nghiệm phát triển, và thực hiện kiểm tra hệ thống của Công ty nhằm bảo vệ và ngăn chặn truy cập dữ liệu trái phép. Phổ biến cho người dùng về các chính sách và biện pháp bảo mật, giải thích những nguy hiểm tiềm tàng, cài đặt phần mềm, bổ sung công cụ bảo mật và giám sát hệ thống.
- Kiểm tra log định kỳ để xác định và vô hiệu hóa các lỗ hổng bảo mật.
- Lường trước sự cố và lỗi bảo mật có thể xảy ra làm ảnh hưởng trực tiếp đến hệ thống
- Thiết lập và duy trì các tài liệu kỹ thuật để quản trị hệ thống.
- Quản lý truy cập Intranet, Internet
- Lên kế hoạch, cài đặt và bảo trì thiết bị phần cứng của hệ thống như workstations, servers, switches, routers, printers, access control lock....
- Quản trị hệ thống active directory, mail server, proxy server, firewall, system patches, antivirus system....
- Nghiên cứu công nghệ mới để tham vấn cho phòng ban có chiến lược nâng cấp, thay thế.
- Thiết lập, phát triển, bổ sung chính sách IT và các thủ tục phù hợp với kế hoạch kinh doanh của Công ty
- Hỗ trợ user: khắc phục vấn đề, sửa chữa phần cứng, phần mềm và viết hướng dẫn sử dụng cho user
- Giám sát hệ thống, làm báo cáo hàng tuần cho IT Manager

- Comprehensive understanding of network design (Servers, SAN, Firewalls, router), including routing and switching, LAN and WAN, VPN technologies.
- 3-5 years experiences in planning, implementing and maintaining network security
- Analysis and problem solving, troubleshooting skill...
- Fluent in written and spoken English

- Kiến thức tổng hợp về network design (Servers, SAN, Firewalls, router), bao gồm routing & switching, LAN & WAN, công nghệ VPN
- 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm về lên kế hoạch và bảo trì hệ thống bảo mật
- Kỹ năng phân tích, giải quyết và khắc phục vấn đề
- Thành thạo tiếng Anh (nói và viết)
