iOS Developers are sought to join an exciting and successful software development company based in Ho Chi Minh City (Q. Go Vap).
Developers are the backbone of Formos and are primarily responsible for the development of world-class software. You will work closely with local project teams including project managers, software architects, developers and testers. You will also communicate at times with our US based project managers so you must have good English communication skills.
Candidates must have a good foundation of development best practices and some experience with key technology that we use on our projects. Attention to detail and willingness to learn are critical characteristics we are looking for. Your Skills and Experience
Required skills and experience:
- iOS development experience (at least 3 years) and skills using Swift and Xcode
- Knowledge of and experience with OOP principles
- Core development experience in mobile enterprise-scale applications
- Experience with iOS frameworks such as UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics and Core Text
- Have experience integrating iOS apps with web services
- Experience in developing custom UI for native iOS components
- Working knowledge of general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
- Have knowledge or experience with Asynchronous programming
- Experience writing unit tests and testable code
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle from development to distribution
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Honest, reliable, organized and detail oriented
- Strong time management skills
- Business-level reading and writing English language ability
- Work in the office from 8am to 5pm M-F with a one hour break for lunch
Preferred skills and experience:
- Experience with user behavior, characteristics, and types of iOS users
- Experience with Objective C
- Experience developing Java web applications
- Experience with Restful web services
- Knowledge of performance tools and optimization techniques
