We are looking for a Linux administrator who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring the infrastructure; also, to collaborate with other teams and team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes. You will become an integral part of a DevOps team, making every problem of the platform a problem of your own, and solving them accordingly.
Responsibilities
- Help tune performance and ensure high availability of infrastructure
- Design and develop infrastructure monitoring and reporting tools
- Develop and maintain configuration management solutions
- Develop test automation frameworks in collaboration with rest of the team
- Create tools to help teams make the most out of the available infrastructure

Your Skills and Experience
- Documented experience working in a Linux Systems Administration or Linux Systems Support role in a multi-application/multi server environment preferably with virtual and/or cloud based systems utilities or software.
- Documented experience supporting software that Runs on/with the ElasticSearch Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, Beat) for Network-Messaging Related data reporting, visualization and/or analysis.
- Documented experience installing, configuring, and maintaining services such as Bind, Apache, MySQL, nginx, etc.
- Documented experience with load balancing and firewalls.
- Good knowledge with the fundamentals of Linux scripting languages.
- Strong grasp on configuration management tools, such as SaltStack, Puppet and Chef
- Proficient with network tools such as iptables, Linux IPVS, HAProxy, etc.
- Ability to build and monitor services on production servers in a public cloud environment.
- Knowledge of servers and switches
- Experience working in a very technical Hybrid Technical role for a Software Company that Develops, Sells and Supports Cloud, virtual or similar customizable software product or systems.
- Should have strong systems analysis and recommendation experience in areas related to Operating Systems, Capacity (terabytes, memory) and Hardware Sizing.
- Experience assessing technical environments and recommending/designing customized cloud (or similar technical) focused solutions to solve problems, streamline processes or save time.
