Are you ready to take your career up a level? We are seeking a devOps with driven technologist, strong technical and programming skills and proven problem solving ability.
Your responsibilities
Assess, identify, recommend DevOps policy and procedures impacted by change resulting from project assignments or day-to-day business process areas priorities.
Recruit, form and technically lead a small team taking dev ops projects from concept through to launch.
Play an integral role in designing and developing continuous delivery, automation and build pipelines that will help the scrum teams delivery fast with minimal technical impediments.
Enhance our talent pool ensuring that our team’s skills and practices are leading edge and aligned to HUB’s strategy.
Identify and develop opportunities to improve our processes and tools specifically for Automation.
Manage day-to-day individual workload and pipeline of procedure and communication requests.
Monitoring milestones and critical dates to identify potential jeopardy of schedule and identify/ mitigate risk.
Make sure the execution of the builds and deployments to all environments based on build schedule happens.

Your skills & experience
At least 2 years in similar role, responsible for leading the DevOps, Continuous Delivery and Automation practices and roadmap
Excellent English verbal and written communication (Mandatory)
An extensive background in developing and operating large-scale cloud-based distributed applications.
Direct experience developing/running and are well-versed in standard methodologies.
Laser focus and be able to design infrastructure solutions for scalability, reliability, high availability, performance, security, software maintainability, and operational excellence.
The ability to "fix the plane while in flight" (not just support greenfield solutions).
The ability to prioritize existing technical and infrastructure debt, and experience to build and execute a plan to pay it off.
Experienced with multiple devops tools – Git, Stash, Maven, Gradle, TeamCity, Jenkins etc.
Demonstrated ability to write programs using a high-level programming language like: Java, Groovy, Shellscript, etc.
Independently driven, proactive, accountable, reliable, team player.
Experienced working with mobile development teams is a plus.
Your qualifications
Essential:
The ability to work and live in Ho Chi Minh City
Tertiary qualifications in an IT/computer-related discipline
The ability to travel to countries where IFS business operation as required (e.g.: Indonesia, South Africa and India)
B.Sc or M.Sc in Computer Science or a related descipline with proven “hands-on” mobile development experience
Work experience in Asia and regional language skills will be highly regarded
Desirable:
AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
