As a UX designer you will be joining our Global UX team. The team consists of UX Designers, Graphic Designers and Front End developers. You will be stationed in Hanoi, but have a very high degree of collaboration with the rest of the group located in Stockholm, Sweden.
Our team is responsible for maintaining a consistent user experience across the Episerver product portfolio..
You will work in an Agile environment in close collaboration with developers and product development teams located in Stockholm, Hanoi and USA. As a designer, you will drive user-centric design in a complex working environment and need to analyse complex workflows across multiple Enterprise products.
What you will be doing:

Developing UX design solutions for our products that are simple, friendly, beautiful, and effective.

Working very close to development teams to effectively develop robust solutions.

Contributing to the UX team in collaboration with our executive, product, and development teams.

Communicate the value of UX and value of design in the Hanoi office.

Yêu cầu công việc
Your Skills and Experience

3 years work experience.
-
Experience working with UX in an Agile development environment.

Experience designing simple, intuitive user interfaces.
-
Strong sense of composition, color, form and typography.
-
Ability to develop mockups including wireframes and low fidelity prototypes.

Ability to define user scenarios and design themes.
-
Ability to break down process flows and analyse complex interactions and roles within a business system.

Facilitate project communication and collaboration across a multi-disciplinary team in all phases of the project.

Experience conducting User Research from initial user interviewing to user testing of prototypes.

Excellent written and verbal language skills in English.
