Duties
• Study/define/update process/ method/ tool related to project management, software engineering.
• Collect project data, develop project healthy report. Manage Historical data.
• Develop training materials and train staffs about project management process/ practices and related areas.
• Provide reports for managers and higher level.
• Assist Managers and QA Department to make sure process compliance.
• Perform project audit and follow up detected issues until closure.
• Perform project and process performance analysis and provide inputs for process improvement.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education and Experience
• B.S., M.S. or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology (IT).
• Working experience as PMO is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Knowledge in project management, software development process, software engineering, and standards such as ISO, CMMI.
• Knowledge & experience in statistics and software measurement.
• Writing, reporting & documentation skills.
• Self-Motivate, ability to learn, willing to work, and share knowledge with others.
• English proficiency is a plus.
• Having the necessary skills as communication, leadership, team management.
• Having the PMP certificate is a plus.
