For one of our clients, TOG recruitment is looking for a Mobile App Tester. Our client tests and maintains a picture re-cognition mobile app which runs on all popular mobile platforms. Main use of the App is tracking and (brand) package protection. You will be working in a high end test center which is in a monitored environment and being a member of an international highly innovative development team. You will be working closely with the in house graphic designers and the client to optimize processes and products. As such you will be using Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure for working in the cloud, Jira for issue tracking product. Our client’s office is located in Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City.

What do they do?

- they test a single customer app (branded and adjusted for several clients)
- they do the testing (the client develops - no testers)
- they document in English
- they test Android Devices and iOS
- lead an internal wiki for documentation
- research for new tools for improving tests
- they test manually and automatically
- they use Appium on Windows and Mac
- the app is used to detect specially marked product labels, brand labels (Picture Recognition)
- the app is only used by inspectors (no public app)
- the app is used in many countries
