- As the Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be a key member of the ServiceNow Applications Development team with the opportunity and responsibility to design and develop business solutions.
- In this hands-on role, you will work closely with the Service Line Owners to understand detailed requirements and own the developed code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high quality product to our users.
- Work closely with the Service Line Owners & Business Analysts, for understanding the system’s functional and non-functional requirements.
- Have system design meet non-functional requirements. Maintain Quality of Service (QoS) attributes (e.g. Scalability, Availability, Performance, Reliability, Security, Extensibility, Maintainability, Manageability, etc.) which supports primary business Functional Requirements. Document QoS attributes that are important to our system and design choices you made to realize them.
- You will be working in a collaborative team using agile software development methodology.
- Your design and implementation will also need to ensure security, integrity and consistency of critical user and customer data.

- Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform gained in either an MSP or Partner environment.
- Expertise in coding efficient, object-oriented and modularized software
- Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript or other functional programming languages
- 5+ years of software development experience in enterprise software and/or building web services at scale
- Expertise in unit and integration test automation
- Deep knowledge of AJAX, JSON, HTML, XML, CSS, SOAP, REST and associated frameworks
- Experience with coding and diagnosing problematic SQL
- Familiarity with Unix shell and source control systems and tools such as git, maven and ant Good Understanding of ITIL v3 processes
- You must have a passion to identify root cause, solve complex problems and write high quality software
