About Upskills!
Upskills provides expert financial software consulting for leading financial institutions in the Asia Pacific region and Europe. Our company was founded in 2009 in Singapore by financial software experts with a deep knowledge of capital markets and a long experience in capital market software. The company has expanded its presence into Malaysia, Hong Kong and France.
We have developed a wide range of software consulting services across the investment bank’s departments. We also propose from our Upskills Lab in Vietnam a range of technology services that include financial software development and integration. Across all our departments and regions, the company’s strong collaborative mindset fosters the culture of expertise that best serves our clients’ interests.
The role
- Participate in development projects for banking and trading professional
- Participate in the Design and implementation system integration solutions and architectures
- Collaborate with our functional experts on requirement analysis and write technical specifications
- Contribute to our pre-sales initiatives through pilot and demo projects
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and suggest applications for our clients

Your Skills and Experience
- Master or Bachelor degrees in Information Technology, Mathematics or Sciences
- 0-2 years of experience - Fresh graduates accepted as we will provide on the job training
- Good knowledge in Java, SQL, Oracle/Sybase, XSLT, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, AWS, System Integration (MuleSoft, TIBCO, Camel, etc.)
- Strong passion for learning and adapting to new technologies
- Ability to work independently, proactive problem solver
- Fluent English and good communication skills
