Tóm tắt công việc
- Onsite tham gia vào dự án phát triển phần mềm trên nền tảng .NET/MSSQL Server cho khách hàng Singapore hoặc KH Đức
- Phỏng vấn lấy requirement khách hàng, quản lý và giao việc, review việc của các thành viên trong nhóm, code trong trường hợp cần thiết.
- Cần 3 người làm việc tại Hồ Chí Minh
- Cần 2 người làm tại Hà Nội, 01 người làm tại Đà Nẵng
- Cần 02 người làm tại Nhật Bản nếu nghe nói được tiếng Nhật
Yêu cầu công việc
- Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm .Net MVC, MSSQL Server, Mobile, HTML5/CSS, AngularJS, Jquery,…
- Khả năng phỏng vấn khách hàng để lấy requirement, phân tích giải pháp kỹ thuật từ requirement lấy được.
- Đã từng quản lý team size từ 05 người trở lên
- Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Team Leader/ Project Manager hoặc tương đương
- Có kinh nghiệm để xử lý các vấn đề liên quan đến dự án và nhân sự trong dự án, biết tracking và monitoring tiến độ dự án, đưa estimation và lập proposal kỹ thuật cho dự án.
- Có khả năng nghe, nói, viết được tiếng Anh để trao đổi với khách hàng, làm việc tại Nhật Bản cần nghe nói được tiếng Nhật
- Ứng viên đã từng làm các dự án Outsourcing là một lợi thế
