A. Manage project team – internal
1. Making request resource to Technical Director; Web Director; SQA Team Leader to implement new task; fix bug or testing phase
2. Making project planning in PMS; update project information in PMS
3. Writing site specification
4. Manage project team including project leader of development; team leader of design
5. Co-ordinate with other project managers to evaluate staff score monthly
6. Evaluate project manager’s performance.
B. Co-ordinate with clients – external
1. Have a talk to client about project timeline / project schedule
2. Support to client after website had deployed – live website
3. Deploy client website with a helping hand of Technical Director (if needed)
4. Report project progress to client know about its status
C. Co-ordinate with other directors to ensure the smooth and high quality of related tasks - manager
1. Keep track of overall performance and progress of all projects in the sector. Make sure all status reports of project managers are exact.
2. Report to Directors
3. HR Allocation with Production Director
4. Solve Risks/Issues for projects
5. Find solution with Directors about project issues
6. Solve conflicts for projects

Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor degree majored in software industry subject.
- At least 4 years of experience in software development and 2+ years in full lifecycle projects management.
- Extremely strong and good knowledge in .NET, Java, PHP, Mobile application
- Background and understanding of software development
- Knowledge of prevailing web and mobile technology
- Excellent communication skill and client handling skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Good English communication skills is a MUST
