We are SCC plc, Europe’s leading privately owned IT services organization, with presence in the UK, France, Spain and Romania. As part of our planned strategic growth and expansion, we are forming an SCC company in Vietnam to support our European customers. We have an exciting career opportunity Dynamics Business Analyst in our Software development operation in Ho Chi Minh City.

Dynamics BA in HR/Payroll will be focused on the delivery, implementation of Microsoft's Dynamics HR/Payroll solutions working primarily within the IT Service, Support industry. The BA should have deep business process engineering and functional skills in HR Processing ideally with experience of integration between HR and payroll processing.

A Dynamics 365 Senior Business Analyst HR/Payroll will spend a majority of their time executing tasks related SCC Subsidiaries.

* Responsibilities:
• Perform business requirements analysis and design
• Perform gap analysis between Dynamics 365 functionality and client's requirements
• Identify and recommend product customizations, enhancements or work-around to meet client requirements
• Train users on new business processes and using Dynamics 365
• Specify and Test custom screens, processes, reports & enquiries
• Develop data conversion and testing strategies
• Provide go-live and post go-live assistance

* Education, Certifications and Experience:
• Bachelor degree in business, Accounting, MIS or equivalent
• HR and Payroll experience in IT Services, Manufacturing, environment required
• Dynamics GP Certification preferred
• 4+ years functional expertise in Payroll and Human Resource modules required (SAP, Oracle, Infor …)
• Experience with other Dynamics solutions (AX, SL, NAV, CRM) a plus
• Prior experience in the IT Service/Support industry a plus
• Experience with integration tools and 3rd party add on modules a plus
• Experience with reporting tools: SQL Server Reporting Services, Power BI, FRx, BusinessObjects, QLik
• Ability to manage individual scope of work
