For one of our clients, TOG recruitment is looking for Ruby on Rails Developers to work with a young and innovative team in Ho Chi Minh city. As such, you always will be working with the latest proven technologies in a state of the art office with an open environment. Our client offers training programs to improve your skills even further.

Our client is a fast growing start-up in the LogTech industry. They are building the next level trade platform for shipping B2B cargo around the world. Through a company shipping dashboard companies can search, compare and book vessel and airline space. Their intuitive process is filled with operating features needed to conduct trade and to comply with shipping, finance and customs formalities. Through milestone and location tracking, and easy to use comments and chat tools companies are fully in control of their broader supply chain. 

We are looking for senior developers whom has a lot of ambition to grow and would like to commit long-term to our client. Accuracy and quick understanding will be the most important skills (along with needful tech experience) to succeed. Their main complexity is business logic .

Responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable and efficient code
• Design robust, scalable and secure features
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Follow best practices (test-driven development, continuous integration, SCRUM, refactoring and code standards)
• Drive continuous adoption and integration of relevant new technologies into design

• Proven work experience as a Ruby on Rails developer
• Proven work experience in software development
• Demonstrable knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS and JQuery
• Experience developing highly interactive applications
• A firm grasp of object oriented analysis and design
• Passion for writing great, simple, clean, efficient code
• Good knowledge of databases
