- Assess the client's business needs and business processes to understand current business needs, anticipating future needs and identify potential technical solutions.
- Ensure business requirements are clearly and thoroughly documented.
- Ensure documentation and user specifications are updated as needed.
- Lead requirements analysis and verification, ensure that requirement statements are complete and that they conform to standards.
- Play end-users role to timely validate the developed/implemented system with focusing on integrated operation scenarios against the agreed requirements specification.

Your Skills and Experience
Education and/or Experience
- B.S., M.S. or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or relevant major.
- At least 1 year of experience in working as BA role.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, software architectures, Business Analysis Concepts, requirements analysis, management practices and tools.
- Ability to interview and gather requirements from clients.
- Ability to develop system requirements and software requirements documents.
- Ability to manage requirements scope and requirements traceability
- Good communication skill (written, oral, documentation, presentation) with proficiency in English.
- Good leadership, project management is a plus.
- Having knowledge about testing is a plus.
