Ego Pulse is a health care start up in the heart of District 1. We are looking to hire a few good people to help us on the next steps of the journey.
- We're a product company, not an outsourcing company. That means we don't always have a perfect list of requirements telling us exactly what to do next and we need to work together to figure it out.
- We're a product company, not (just) an engineering company. One of our first hires was a Lead Designer with decades of international experience. Design is important, something that needs to be there from day one, not something you try to add in after three or four years. User experience is important. Making something real people enjoy using is important. Having customer empathy is important.
- Our product is a SAAS Care Coordination Platform. Our goal is to incrementally build and deliver a platform that connects doctors, specialists, patients, and insurance providers. It is a marathon, not a sprint.

Your Skills and Experience
- Strong technical skill, we do expect any team members to be very strong on Java or Javascript. Profiency on both gives you a very strong advantage. Knowing deep about Reactive programming, React and / or React Native makes you an absolute candidate.
- Strong architecture skill, stands on your own, makes and protects your own architure decisions.
- Open mind, can-but-not-blindly-do attitude. You have "can-do" attitude, which is already very cool, but you also must be able to pause and ask "should we do it"
- Happy to write test and understand value of writing test
- And A TEAM PLAYER, because we can move nowhere without a team
- A plus if you contribute frequently to opensource project ((please give us reference link if applicable)
- A plus if you have given talked to conference (please give us reference link if applicable)

Ego Pulse is a start up company in the heart of Saigon developing care coordination platform for the European healthcare industry. Healthcare has not yet had the same technological disruptions that have affected so much else of our world. We want to take that giant pool of suck and make it suck less.
We're a small but growing product team. Most of us have experience working overseas in Singapore, Australia, and other places. We want to work with people are will ask questions when they don't know something. People who will tell us when we're saying something that sounds like bullshit. People that are curious and will teach us something new. People who have empathy for our users and for their coworkers. People that collaborate on Slack and Quip (and in person!). People that will tell us when something needs to change. People who want to get better than they are today.
