Looking for a passionate, committed & inspiring leader to lead an engineering team in building a global SaaS product. Substantial company shares/ownership will be offered (you will partially own the company). Target to reach $300mil company in 5 years
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Manage and contribute to the development of the core EMERGE Business workflow application product, external and internal APIs.
- Manage the team workload following Scrum process.
- Make sure the Sprint is released on time and fully tested, secured.
- Architect & develop .NET software solutions (Web API, Window Services, Message Bus).
- Develop front-end solution in AngularJS.
- Maintain or implement bugs/changes in customized projects.
- Optimize the production performance as well as refactor code.
- Contribute to the development of tools that make the product easier to use.
- Support other team members for better productivity and technical issues.
- Contribute new ideas in UX design / technical solutions.

Your Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years in .NET development & some ERP experience.
- Technical requirements
- Understanding system architecture concepts such as scalability, availability.
- DB normalization and de-normalization, performance analysis (a plus).
- Have experience with managing hundreds of databases.
- Entity Framework 6, ASP.NET 4.5, C# 5.0 (required).
- AngularJS (required), JQuery, SignalR.
- HTML5 / CSS3 (required), Bootstrap.
- Scrum requirements
- At least 1-year experience with Scrum, to understand why Scrum is chosen over the traditional working process.
- Able to work on a development process with minimum documentation.
- Able to break down the raw business requirements into use cases, logic requirements, non-technical requirements.
- Management requirements
- Able to communicate in English effectively (information is transferred clearly and fully, at the right time)
- At least 3-year experience manage a team of minimum 4 members (including testers).
- Motivate the team members to get the best productivity of the team.
- Mentor and develop team members.
- Understanding JIRA (able to set up Scrum on JIRA), TFS, AWS.
- Project Management knowledge or experience is a plus.
