What you will do: Responsible for the smooth running of computer, devices, and network systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring environment (Windows, Linux, Database) for the project;
- Monitoring, maintaining or Windows, Linux, VMware and network infrastructure;
- Following up & implementing security policy from HQ & reporting all security activity in center;
- Diagnosing system errors and other issues;
- Resolving of incidents raised by end users or monitoring tools.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Major in Information Technology, computer networking…;
- Having MCSA, CCNA or other certification is an advantage;
- More than 1 year of working experience in IT fields below:
o Repair & Setup PC/Laptop.
o Installation & troubleshoot Windows & Microsoft office.
o Setup and Troubleshoot local Networking (LAN, Wireless).
o Desktop support in AD domain environment.
- Good English in listening and writing;
- Problem solving skills;
- Supportive & customer service-oriented;
- Good adaptability & hardworking (overtime working required with payment);
- Willing to learn & take more responsibilities;
- Good teamwork.
