- Lead research plan, budget and execution by research team and be responsible for KPIs

- Perform keyword research, provide recommendations and execute strategies for research & development mission in IBL

- In charge of publication related to blockchain subject: technical reports, scientific reports, white papers, books, etc.

- Provide inputs to and liaise with related divisions:

• Cooperative activities with universities and other R&D partner.
• Training support: including blockchain courses, industrial training from IBL.
• Technical support for all research projects related to IBL (Pre-projects, Co-Research projects,…).

- Participation actively in building Vietnam Blockchain community

- Represent IBL at scientific conferences and other relevant events to deliver brand image.

Master degree at minimum, proven scientific record (from 3 year experience in research in some related domain)

Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and problem solving

Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere

Excellent communication and presentation skills

High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation

Team management, ability to take the initiative and team motivation

Preferred requirements:

• Open to and willing to come up with initiatives.
