As a member of our rapidly growing Requirements and Testing team, you will represent an effective bridge between business of clients and IT-side implementation. You will be responsible for the following activities:
› Understanding, clarifying and documenting software requirements
› Close cooperation with our technical specialists in design, implementation and deployment of solutions
› Elaboration of operational test procedures and test cases

› Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
› At least 2-3 years of professional experience in one of the related activities and feel at home in an interdisciplinary team.
› Understand conceptual database model
› Good skills in writing technical documents
› Analytical and structured work method
› Proficient communication skills in English
› Attention to details
› French / German language is a plus
Certification in the area of process or requirements engineering or business
analysis; and experience in the application of tools for business process
modeling would be a plus. If you constantly look for new challenges and

ELCA Vietnam started with six people. Today we are a production facility with more than a hundred employees. During the same period ELCA Switzerland tripled its workforce to over 450 engineers. We contributed fully to this success and the group has gained in flexibility and reduced its risks.
