Due to expansive growth our client is looking for several Java talents living in HCM.

Our client is one of the leading software companies in Switzerland, based in HCMC, founded in 2006. Their focus is on custom web applications based on Java, .NET and PHP.

Their customers are mainly from Switzerland and Germany.

Software development:

• Develop web applications, web services and UI/UX web with Vaadin.
• Research new technologies, work multi­task and multiple projects.

Process and development practices:

• Follow software development process, especially Scrum, Agile disciplines and principles.
• Contribute ideas to improve process and development practices.

Communication and collaboration:

• Join daily stand up meetings with customer in English, make sure all relevant information for the team and project are shared and discussd before acknowledgement.
• Support team and customer in ideas, solutions and technical issues.

Must have:

• 1+ years of experience in Java Core/J2EE.  Solid understanding of OOP.
• Strong skill in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Git or similar version control systems (e.g.: SVN, TFS …).
• Have good spoken and written of English.
• Able to adjust your working time according the project schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience in working with Oracle or MS SQL…
• Good knowledge of frameworks such as Spring/Hibernate/Vaadin.
• Experience in clean code/coding standards.
• Experience with unit tests, TDD, BDD, code coverage, and code refactoring.
• Experience in Scrum/Agile/Kanban.
• Can speak German
