Responsibilities:
1. Talent Development
• Partner with Talent Acquisition team to ensure enough resource right time.
• Assess the current and future resource to have an understanding of individual talent’s performance and potential.
• Lead Talent review & succession planning periodically to ensure Talent mapping for better Talent pool management and have timely and proper action to develop and manage talents.
• Control headcount plan and organization structure.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition team to analyze staffing report to generate insights and come up with solutions to attract talents.
• Provide learning and training needs analysis for capability building plan.
• Coordinate with Training team to facilitate and ensure employee training courses being delivered with high quality.
• Take accountability for fresh talent development plan.
• Support Directors in activating career & development plans for employees.

2. Total Rewards
• Manage the implementation of performance and reward processes and policies.
• Coordinate with Directors to make appropriate recognition and reward decisions.
• Diagnose and address job level, performance and reward issues to make recommendations for structural change or adjustments to market positioning.
• Ensure individual reward issues are tailored to meet the needs of the organization & the individual.
• Monitor and address legal compliance issues to ensure that policies, practices and processes complies with local law and company regulatory standards.

3. Strategic Planning
• Build a picture of what’s happening in the organization and externally in order to spot opportunities and patterns within organization to develop new actions.
• Work closely with Delivery and Support teams and external specialists to keep ahead of trends, ideas and innovations.
• Use knowledge of emerging trends to build innovative HR solutions to respond to challenges and lead the HRBPs to create solutions that deliver value in line with the business and HR plans.
• Manage and evaluate the efficient delivery of HR programs and projects within the organization.
4. Organization Development
• Develop a change-ready culture by communicating a powerful vision, working in a transparent manner and creating trust.
• Use diagnostic tools to assess the organization's capabilities and insights to feed into global/regional strategy.
• Facilitate discussions with Directors to identify issues that need resolving.
• Translate the strategy into achievable plans and assess the impact on factors such as behavior, attitudes, culture, systems and communication. Feed this insight to HR Leadership team.
• Develop business cases that enable strategic priorities to be met.
• Manage the execution of structural change, movements and exits.
• Develop clear measures of success for the change: impacts, benefits or consequences for the organization.
• Identify risks associated with the chosen design and act to mitigate these.
• Implement controls to maintain the integrity of the new structure.
• Design and facilitate team building, culture building and change acceleration events where individuals and teams reach their potential.
• Work in partnership with leaders to provide challenge, legal guidance and advice in dealing with difficult people issues in a fair, straightforward manner and without delay.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor/ Master Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related major.
• At least 10 years of HR working experiences and 5 years in HRBP Manager Role, preferred in IT Industry.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Sharp at business partnering mindset, business understanding and HR general knowledge.
• Good knowledge of Labor Law and Business Law.
• Good leadership, critical thinking and analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Change management and project management competency.
• Fluency in English.
• Proactive, discipline, Can-Do attitude.
