We are looking for IT support engineers who will assist gamers all over the world with their technical problems faced when playing Xbox. Backed by our quality assurance team, subject matter experts and training and development department, you will have a comprehensive induction and training program to ensure you deliver exceptional customer service. You will also get extensive Xbox Play time too!

What we’re looking for

Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a given, as is a ‘can do’ attitude and a thirst to learn and develop professional and soft skills.

General responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical contact, delivering technical troubleshooting and problem solving solutions for individuals who have bought Xbox and encountered a problem
- Collaborate on cross-team and cross-product technical issues by working with colleagues from other sections as needed to resolve customer problems
- Collaborate with our subject matter experts and escalation managers when additional support is needed

- Adaptability to work independently and as part of a team, bringing in experts when needed
