- Participate in development of state-of-art Wireless Products
- Involve in Scrum Process to ensure engineering teams comply with Agile Development Process using Jira
- Review issues reported from field and ensure appropriate action is taken to address the issues on a daily basis. Communicate with Customer Support Team based in North America effectively in both written & spoken English.
- Develop engineering process for organization to ensure high quality of products
- Work closely with software team, hardware team, QA team, factory & chipset vendors to ensure on-time execution of projects
- Report to management periodically on status, risks & action plan
- Understand all the product issues and able to perform risk analysis & prioritization of work for engineering team
- Manage documentation eg. Requirements, Specification, Status Report
- Use process tools like Jira, Basecamp, Schedule Tool, Confluence for Project Management
- Plan, oversee and document all aspects of the specific projects
- May have to travel overseas

- Bachelor in Information Technology/ Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Able to speak English fluently & effectively
- Able to conform to shifting priorities, demands and time lines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- More than 5 years’ experience in software development
- At least 2 years’ experience in project management
- Knowledge on Java/C language is a must
- Hardware knowledge is an added advantage
- Certification in project management is an added advantage
- Has experience in using process tools
