CRM Integration (CRMI)

We are inviting applications for professionals to join our Consulting team and be part of projects in Vietnam and the Far East. The job location is Hanoi, Vietnam and involves traveling. There are job openings to join the CRM.COM team as well as our local Vietnamese System Integrator’s team who focuses entirely on CRM.COM solutions.
• Project planning and QA
• Understands customer and product business requirements from CRM.COM and its customers worldwide
• Assists in the production and/or uses software productivity tools developed by CRM.COM

Experience and skills:
- University degree with a strong academic background
- Good understanding of SQL and software programming
- Experience and/or able to become an expert in business software processes
- Has the determination and stamina to solve the customer problem no matter what
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Good oral and written English communication skills
