The Technical Leader will drive the efficient delivery of change through analysis, definition and documentation of requirements whilst identifying potential solutions using agile delivery frameworks.
The purpose of this role is to participate in the development and execution of an innovative mobile banking business in Asia. This will include the development of in-country and cross-border solutions across all facets of a mobile banking operation including; customer experience and design, developing and implementing new products and services, tactical change management programs, project budgets / outcomes, process engineering, and other functional deliverables. Risk management and technology innovation will be essential for the team’s success.

Your Skills and Experience
- At least 8+ years experience working in enterprise and digital domains.
- Strong knowledge of one or more automated test tools
- Strong knowledge and execution of continuous delivery and development practices
- Expert in depth experience in at least one the following areas:Java Web development (HTML, CSS, Angular or similar), iOS/Android, or .Net 4.x / API/C#.
- Deep understanding of API and REST services, as well as integration to mobile and web.
- Deep understanding of mobile development security
- Experience in enterprise architecture
- Experience using third party libraries like Bootstrap, Social APIs, AngularJS, React and scripting like powershell, grunt
- Experience in continuous delivery using TeamCity and OctopusDeploy or equivalent
- The ability to work and live in Ho Chi Minh City
- The ability to travel to countries where IFS business operation as required (e.g.: Indonesia, South Africa and India)
- B.Sc or M.Sc in Computer Science or a related descipline with proven “hands-on” mobile development experience
- Work experience in Asia and regional language skills will be highly regarde
