Major Responsibilities

· Manage project quality and timeline with standard PMQA independently

· Create Detail Spec docs/test cases with minimum supervision from Consultant & PC

· Improve testing process & guideline with clear reasoning

· Coach and develop Junior Associate

· Build test plan for project as well as create detail Spec docs/test cases

· Manage bug report from tester & navigate developers for bug fix

· Improve testing process with clear reasoning

· Create comprehensive test cases by understanding client’s specification and considering possible edge cases

· Navigate clients for the suitable specification

· Project performance optimization

· Develop QC team & manage QC resources

RequirementsEducation and Experience

·          1+ year of similar experience

·          4+ year of working Experience in testing for Web-based/ mobile applications

·          Comprehensive QA expertise (Unit testing/Automation includes CI/CB/CD)

·          Good communication in English

·          Detail-oriented, high responsibility and good logical thinking

·          Able to communicate with developers about technical things

·          Experience with automation testing is highly preferred
