We’re looking for an Information Security Engineer to join our infrastructure team at ZALORA. As an Information Security Engineer, you will help build secure software, monitoring system and infrastructure at the highest security standard. You will perform technical security assessments, code reviews and vulnerability testing to highlight and mitigate risks. You will work closely with other engineers, audit vendors to design and build proactive system to enhance our security aspect of our infrastructure and systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical security assessments, code audits and design reviews.
- Provide front-line response to detection systems and alarms.
- Investigate malware, targeted attacks, intrusion attempts, and vulnerabilities
- Implement technical solutions to help mitigate security vulnerabilities
- Foster security best practices throughout the company
- Work alongside with our dev teams to proactively assess risk, fix security issues and provide policy guidance.

Your Skills and Experience
Minimum qualifications:
- BS degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in application-level vulnerability testing and code-level security auditing.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in application-level vulnerability testing and code-level security auditing.
- Foundation in, and in-depth technical knowledge of, security engineering, computer and network security, authentication, security protocols and applied cryptography.
- Familiar with OWASP, PCI DSS, ITGC. Relevant work experience in web application security.
- Information security professional certifications preferred (CISSP etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail oriented and demonstrate high level of ownership
