YOU WILL
* JAPANESE SPEAKING CANDIDATES (practical N3+ JPLT)
- Work with Japan customers to understand services and business operations of web systems, applications, games, software...
- Perform test analysis, design optimal test cases (will be trained SHIFT’s methodologies)
- Able to perform as a Tester if needed

* ENGLISH SPEAKING CANDIDATES ( 700+ TOEIC)
- Work with Japanese - English IT Communicator to understand services and business operations of web systems, applications, games, software... from Japan customers
- Perform test analysis, design optimal test cases (will be trained SHIFT’s methodologies) in English (those test cases will be translated to Japanese after all)
- Able to perform as a Tester if needed

※ Required Skills
* JAPANESE SPEAKING CANDIDATES:
- Japanese skill: At least N3 (practical ability)
- More than 2 years experience in IT (QC/BSE/Dev/PM)
- High understanding skill and logical thinking skill

* ENGLISH SPEAKING CANDIDATES:
- At least 700 TOEIC points
- More than 2 years experience in Software Testing (Test case writing)
- High understanding skill and logical thinking skill
