Job Responsibilities:

Main tasks:

• Implement automated testing scripts based on requirement
• Maintain and enhance scripts within the continuous integration
• Investigate broken builds and failed tests

More tasks based on ability as required:

• Create, execute and maintain automated tests in the designed framework
• Be involved in all other project activities such as iteration planning, requirements analysis, deployment process
• Work closely with the team to promoting a quality mindset culture
• Communicate closely testing plans and test cases to stakeholders
• Work closely with client's product managers and quality engineers to design and later implement automated end2end testing plans and strategies
• Design, build and maintain necessary testing infrastructure and Tools
• Design and implement integration test plans and strategies
• Research and introduce cutting-edge testing tools and frameworks as needed
• (Plus) Support project engineering teams in designing and refactoring their code for better testability and general quality.

Must have:
• Graduated from Computer Science degree
• At least 2 years experience in OOP language (Java, Ruby, C++, Python...)
• At least basic knowledge of algorithms and data structures
• Solid communication skills in English (Equivalent to TOEIC 700+)

Great to have:
• At least 2 years of experience of automation projects
• At least 1-year experience of defining spec for automation engineering
• Java coding working experience in any projects for at least 2 years in total
• At least basic knowledge of algorithms and data structures
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals in data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis
• Sharp analytical abilities, proven design skills, excellent communication skills
• Experience mentoring and training others on complex technical issues
• Japanese reading skills (Equivalent to at least N2)
