For our client in the Netherlands, TOG recruitment is looking for a Software Engineer Scada + When you recognize yourself in the profile below, we would like to talk to you. The process is as follows;

• Assesment at our office, including a skill test and English test (appr. 40 min)
• Personal face to face chat with 1 of our headhunters (20 min)
• When approved your resume and test results will be send to Client
• Client request Codility test at TOG office
• When approved, interview with Client via conference call

As a software engineer SCADA + you will work within the business unit Industrial Automation (IA). You are part of the Software Engineering department, this team is responsible for the design, programming and commissioning of Industrial projects in the manufacturing industry.

What is your challenge going to be in the Netherlands?

As a software engineer SCADA, you will develop, design and realize SCADA software, but also web interfaces for process controllers. You are required to have advanced experience with the following programming languages: C / C ++ / Python, combining your existing experience with knowledge of databases such as MS SQL.

In good consultation with the client you should ensure that the desired output is translated into a clear and transparent design. From this initial design you will keep on developing towards an optimally working software. After the implementation of the design and the set-up, the written software will be tested and put into operation when deemed suitable. The software engineer remains the point of contact for the client during the project or works on project realization under the responsibility of the project manager.

What kind of talent are we looking for?

We are looking for a well-educated, enthusiastic professional with a passion for software and technology. As member of our team you will have higher professional education and working level. Higher Education preferably in the direction of Computer Science, Automation Technology, Industrial Automation or ICT. Several years of experience in industrial automation is desirable.

Experience in high-level programming languages such as JAVA, C Sharp, .Net, or HTML5 is required. Knowledge of the Linux operating platform is desirable. You have a well-developed understanding of processes and systems. You communicate well with customers and colleagues and you are fully convinced of your project!
