• Help manage Gmail production calendar (a new shared production calendar would be created that notes daily milestones such as data due, release and drop dates etc)
• Create tracking URLs for monthly campaigns
• Monitor in-home mail delivery through program OneSite
• Manage all direct mail suppressions / return mail and deliver to vendors on weekly basis
• Monitor / update creative roadmap with upcoming direct mail data and creative tests
• Create and maintain DM production sample library
• Create and maintain competitive DM library
• Manage creative assets and all creative round reviews
Yêu cầu công việc
• B.A. with 1-3 years’ experience in a marketing, public relations, communications or business development role for a fast-paced company
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with project management
• Experience working directly with senior staff/executives a plus
• Appreciates a fast-paced, team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly motivated, self-starter, able to prioritize and manage completing tasks and show good problem-solving judgment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Has great interpersonal skills, a positive can-do attitude and enjoys working with people (from vendors to executives)
• Solid knowledge of google suite of tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc)
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
