WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform
- Work with outside data sources and API’s
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
- Assist in automation test setup and testing protocol
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

WHAT WE NEED:
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Knowledge:
o Programming languages: Objective-C, Swift o Hands-on experience with advanced custom UI controls/animations, concurrency (GCD, thread, queue, and scheduling technique), database (Core Data or Realm) and memory management (ARC) o Good understanding of common software design principles: OOP, DRY, SOLID o Knowledge of Core Bluetooth is a plus but not a must.
- Be able to perform individually as well as in a team
- Have a strong sense of ownership, be open minded and eager to learn and share
- Huge plus for Misfit: strong English communications skills
