We are currently recruiting for a PL/SQL Developer to take responsibility for analysing work requests from customers and providing design/programming expertise for development and fixes of software. The role will be based in Melbourne, Doncaster. Key to the role is ensuring a high quality service and product is delivered to the customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and program agreed developments / modifications to system
- Develop Technical Specifications documents
- Liaise with customers to ensure understanding of their requirements
- Liaise with BAs to ensure understanding of client’s requirements
- Assist BAs with definition of customer requirements
- Testing of code and quality assurance of system
- Ensuring standards and procedures are followed at all times

Yêu cầu công việc
Your Skills and Experience
- Minimum 4 years application software development experience and/or appropriate tertiary qualification
- Source Control Tools: GIT, Stash, Source Tree.
- 2+ years experience using Oracle including Data Definition Language and SQL performance tuning.
- 4+ years of PL/SQL coding skills
- Oracle Performance and tuning.
- Strong experience with SQL Developer.
- Experience with TOAD.
- Knowledge of development methodologies and working knowledge of SDLC
- Preferred Skills and knowledge
- Utilities/Telecommunications Billing knowledge
- Working knowledge of ClearQuest/ClearCase
- Unix Shell Scripting
- Programming in COBOL, SQR, Java
- Oracle Forms & Reports
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Visio
