■Job description

- Join in a product/system design phase with Japan team to analyze system requirements

- Suggest, propose creative solutions to solve problems

- Design, develop and test high-traffic Web application in Ruby on Rails (sometime do DevOps to deploy to production)

- Write technical documentation

Note: ALL OF OTHER LANGUAGES ARE WELCOMED (PHP/JAVA, ECT or event iOS)

EDUCATION

+ Graduated from College/University in Information Technology/Computer

+ At least 02 year experience as a Web developer (02 years as a Ruby on Rails Developer)

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCES

+ Programming experience with Ruby

+ Experience with Ruby on Rails frameworks (provide intensive Ruby on Rails training course for skill-up)

+ Experience with Database system (MySQL/MongoDB)

+ Experience with Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS)

+ Can basically communicate (writing, speaking) in English

+ Japanese is a huge plus

NICE TO HAVE

+ Experience with Redis, Index Engines (Apache Solr, Elastic Search)

+ Server Deployment (Capistrano, Mina, Chef)

■Salary

1000~2500 USD Gross

■WORKING CONDITION

　Thứ 2~6: 8:00~17:00

　Bonus：1

　Review salary：4 times/ year

■INTERVIEW PROCESS

1st：Interview with PM+HR (Can interview via skype)

2nd: Interview with CEO (Skype)
