For one of our clients, TOG recruitment is looking for a Helpdesk Technician to work with a young and innovative team in Ho Chi Minh city. As such, you always will be working in a state of the art office with an open environment. Our client offers training programs to improve your skills even further.

You will be working closely together with partners outside Vietnam and will join one of the SCRUM development cycles. Daily stand up video conferences can or will be part of the job. Therefor English training courses are provided to improve your English communication skills.

- Be part of a second line helpdesk. Verify, troubleshoot issues and track the incident.
- Consolidate user feedback into new product features or bug reports.
- Write end user documentation.
- Walk the user through the problem-solving process
- Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by users
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
- Follow-up and update incident status and information
- Pass on any feedback or suggestions by users to the appropriate internal team
- Identify and suggest possible product improvements
- Define business analysis requirements
- Perform quality assurance
- Help document and maintain system processes

Yêu cầu công việc

- Proficiency in English
- Analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Experience as a help desk technician role or other user support role is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
- Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
- Experience in eliciting requirements and testing
- The ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
- QA experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and analytical skill are desired.
