Tóm tắt công việc

- To support VIP by all means to make them happy.

- To support office software and hardware packages (incl. mobile devices in the platform being used by VIP).

- Provide IT support of using terminal equipment to VIP user.

- Managing WAN, LAN infrastructure at office, branch Hub, building, area center .      

- Managing SLA for list of services which support terminal equipment.

- Managing customer's satisfaction with IT services provided.

- Managing impact diminishment of IT incident which affect to VIP user in areas.

- Managing list of quality analysis about LAN, WAN infrastructure at office, branch Hub, building and quality of terminal equipment.

- Managing IT device of users at offices area.

- Managing quality of outsource IT support service.

- Organizing, assigning outsource human in a reasonable way to attain formulated plans.

- Supervising, assessing work effectiveness of outsource IT support member.

- Organizing studying according to department major.

- Planning, participating to traning and developing skill, transfer, checking task for technical support team.

Yêu cầu công việc

Your Skills and Experience

- Education: Bachelor of Information Technology.

- Having at least 3- years experience of managing customer service support, experience of supporting VIP customer is a plus.

- Knowledge of IT, LAN, WAN infrastructure, domain and terminal equipment.
Professional knowledge of IT office equipments (incl. mobile devices).

- Fluent English communication (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing).

- Good customer service skill.

- Good skills of communication and relationship.

- Psycologycal endurance and good communication skill with chief-level people.

- Good appearance and appropriate dress code style.
