- Identify & develop appropriate machine learning/data mining techniques to enable better business outcomes
- Understand & analyze data sources
- Form & test hypotheses, design experiments to answer targeted questions of advanced complexity
- Collaborate with other developers to designing the integration method
- Write documents for projects including business objective, data gathering and processes, lead approaches, final algorithm, detailed set of results and analytical metrics
- Research new technical to solve advanced problems
- Present model process and performance
- Coach and guide less experienced team members

A. REQUIREMENTS:
1. For Junior Data Scientist (training course provided by Pixta):
- Have 2+ years development experience (any language)
- Have knowledge of machine learning/data science approaches
- Have good English proficiency
2. For Senior Data Scientist:
- Have at least 1 years real experience with Data Analysis, Data mining, Machine Learning or Predictive modeling../
- Have good English proficiency
B. NICE TO HAVE:
- Have advanced degree in Machine Learning/ Computer Science/ Electrical Engineering/ Physics/ Statistics/ Applied Math or other quantitative fields from a reputed university (Ph.D. a plus)
- Demonstrate ability to lead and execute projects from scratch
- Have experience in working with Tensorflow, sklearn
- Plus for having experience in working with AWS or GCP
- Have customer services mindset
- Have skills in Python or R
