We are looking for a passionate Business Analyst who will develop and manage the business proposals and pricing model to our clients. The principals duties of this position are to work closely with international clients and manage the customer relations; and analyst project performance and consult on solutions. The successful candidate will play important roles to make the project running smoothly and efficiency.

*** Develop business proposals and pricing model

• Receive, coordinate and clarify client project inquiries
• Compile and synchronize technical project specification from client, production and IT
• Position offers in terms of price, service levels and quality level through standard cost modeling
• Cross-department coordination throughout approval process
• First point of contact for customer questions
• Ensure information flow to relevant stakeholders regarding customers’ requirements and expectations in terms of SLA or KPI

*** Manage change request and account contracts

• Receive, coordinate and clarify client project change requests
• Close cooperation with related departments to ensure smooth change implementation
• Manage contracting process and obtain signature of required legal documents for each project
• Manage and keep track of all existing accounts to ensure they’re all on track.
• Conduct extension or termination proposal timely when a contract is due

*** Analyze project performance and consult on solutions

• Supervise projects to ensure achieving target performance (GC)
• Conduct project performance analysis if a project fails target GC by seeking information from relevant departments to identify the root cause
• Propose action plans to get the projects back on track
• Follow up and evaluate if action plans are effective and therefore projects achieve the required target

*** Interaction with international clients and relationship management

• Daily collaboration with international clients
• Build trust relationship to different management levels
• Relationship management including compliment and complain tracking

*** Technical skills and experience:
- One year of work experience in IT or Service industry
- Strong analytical skills and process understanding

*** Soft-skills:
- Strong verbal and writing skills in English & Vietnamese
- Detail focused with big picture thinking capabilities and problem solving approach
- Active listening and ability to share information easily, good communication style.
- Assertiveness and dynamic with drive for continuous improvement
