For one of our clients, TOG recruitment is looking for a Game Designer / Requirements Analyst to work with a young and innovative team in Ho Chi Minh city. As such, you always will be working with the latest proven technologies in a state of the art office with an open environment. They are an outsourcing company with many interesting projects. For their partner in Kyoto, Japan, they are looking for several extentions of their game development team.

Currently, their team in Vietnam has over 10 members, and they are looking to grow the team with additional game developers. For this reason, they are currently recruiting for key roles in the team. The roles require a Japanese speaking skill, so communication can be handled between the team members in Kyoto and the team members in Vietnam. The team in Vietnam is using the Kanban methodology and DevOps to manage the project. The games are developed with PHP / Laravel and Unity.

The Game Designer will clarify new features, epics, tasks and potential issues. He will be responsible for understanding the full game logic, so that the game designer can act as product owner for the Vietnamese team. The Game Designer discusses requirements directly with the counterpart in Kyoto, so Japanese speaking skill is a must.

Job description:

You will analyze and document client's game logic requirements and processes and communicates these requirements by constructing conceptual data and process models and feature descriptions.

You can plan and define all the elements of a game of the client. You will make adjustments to the original specification for the game to respond to technical constraints which have been identified.

and to incorporate new programming and art creation methods developed by the team.

You also will train and coach our QA testers to play the game, making sure that they understand what is expected of the finished product.

You can work as Product Owner for the team in Vietnam and communicate and clarify any discussion between Japan and Vietnam and vise versa.

Requirements:

* Fluent Japanese speaking skill

* Bachelor degree or higher

* At least 5 years experience in Requirements Analysis role

* Interpersonal skills to interact with team members

* Good communication skills

* Good analytical and problem solving skills

* Presentation skills to present ideas to team members

* Personal computer and business solutions software skills

* Good ability to work in a team environment with multiple team members

* Have storytelling and narrative development skills

* Be skilled in information design and user interface design
