Liaison & Communication
- Serve as liaison between technical, non-technical departments as well as management board.
- Communicate with IT architects, developers, product owner, and IT support specialists on development issues
Development
- Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Balance work-in-progress levels, backlog prioritization, and management.
- Track and communicate team progress
- Maintain process documentation.
- Ensure that support teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibilit
Technical Support
- Assist as needed with backlog maintenance.
- Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
- Assist with prioritization, estimation and resolution of support tasks.
Management
- Participate proactively in developing and maintaining team standards, tools, and best practices.
- Identify and remove impediments and prevent distractions.
- Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution.
- Empower the team to self-organize.
- Report project status and progress to stakeholders

Your Skills and Experience
Education:
- Four-year college diploma or university degree in computer systems design or computer science, and/or five years’ equivalent work experience
Technology skills and experience:
- 3+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
- 5+ years in Agile Development Environment
- Working experience of enterprise framework/platform like Spring, ESB, Messaging System, API Management is a big plus
Personal Attributes:
- Enthusiastic Plus - Must be high-energy (Must)
- Conflict resolution - Must be able to facilitate discussion and facilitate alternatives or different approaches.
- Attitude of empowerment- Must be able to lead a team to self-organization
