Purpose (Mục đích):
Team Leader is to perform project execution and staff development
Responsibility and duty (Trách nhiệm và nhiệm vụ):
1. Production (Sản xuất)
- Do technical work in project
- Do management work in project
2. Quality (Chất lượng)
- Ensure the requirement understanding
- Control the quality of work in team
3. Progress and Process (Tiến độ và Quy trình)
- Control the project schedule
- Follow working processes
4. Cost (Chi phí)
- Control acutal spent effort vs estimated one
5. Security and Safety (An ninh và an toàn)
- Ensure the security requests are followed strictly
- Ensure working conditions for safety
- Pay attention to subordinates' health in order to assign work properly
6. Team (Đội ngũ)
- Engage and motivate subordinates
- Hold lookback meeting
Rights (Quyền hạn):
- Instruct subordinate staffs to do tasks related to company work
- Give suggestion on project staffing (members in/out of projects)
- Give evaluation on subordinate staffs' performance and competency

Your Skills and Experience
【EDUCATION】
- Degree of IT (Bachelor, Associate)
- Intermediate English (TOIEC 450+ or equivalence) or Japanese N3
- Project Management Fundamentals / Scrum Fundamentals
【TECHNICAL EXPERIENCES】
- 3+ year of IT working experience, 1+ year in senior staff role
- Proficiency at one specific technical and business domain
- Hands-on experience with JAVA and J2EE technologies/PHP. Framework such as Laravel or CakePhp ..v.v..
- Strong understanding of Struts 1/2, Spring, Hibernate or Seasar/Intramart.
- Hands-on experience with J2EE IDEs, like Eclipse, Net Beans, etc.
- Proficient in Java: Bean, Annotation, JSP + servlet, JDBC, AOP, Thread, mail, JSTL.
- Proficient in T-SQL(DDL, DML) and PL-SQL(IF, LOOP, CURSOR, PROCEDURE, STORE, TRIGGER…). Experience with NoSQL/Cassandra is prefer.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, Javascript/Ajax. Hands-on experience with jquery and multi browsers.
- Strong background in OOP, UML, Object Oriented analysis and design
- Working experience with version control systems like Subversion (SVN) or Git
- Be able to work in Japan if necessary.
